As soon we receive a booking request we confirm ahead and issue a confirmation letter to you.
Reservations received during 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM IST will be confirmed within in 2 hours. Requests after office hours will be confirmed by next day 11:30 AM IST

What happens if the room is not available ?

We always strive to keep our Hotel Inventory update, but as Hotel availability status keeps on changing every minute sometimes it happens, there is a sudden over booking received by Hotel for a particular date. In this case we dont prefer to list your booking in waiting or issue fake confirmation instead, we either suggest a similar option or refund the full amount depending upon the your desire.

WE DON'T GIVE FAKE CONFIRMATIONS, WE TAKE TIME AND GIVE GUARANTEED CONFIRMATIONS

How Much Time does it take for refunds ?

Once we receive a cancellation or a case where some refund has to be made, we initiate the refund from our end within next 24 hrs. After this, it might take 2 to 15 days depending upon your bank and mode of payment.

What sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room ?

After you process your Hotel Booking and advance payments, you will receive an acknowledgement letter with your desired itinerary and payment details. This will be followed by a confirmation letter depending upon reservations received during 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM IST will be confirmed within in 2 hours. Requests after office hours will be confirmed by next day 11:30 AM IST

How do I know that my booking is confirmed ?

We issue a confirmation letter displaying booking status confirmed which will include all details such as, Hotel Address, Check in /Checkout time & date, Package Inclusions and total Amount.

Will I have to pay any charges if I cancel my hotel or package booking ?

Cancellation policies and charges will depend on the hotel booked. Booking Station, will charge 5% of the total transaction amount as a processing charge for all cancellations above and beyond the charges by the hotel.

What forms of payments can I use when making a booking ?

We are pleased to inform you that we accept all the major banks credit card, debit card , net banking card, ItzCash and ICash cards for online transactions.
Cash deposits in ICICI Bank, SBI Bank, and IDBI will also be accepted for hotels booking.

If I cancel a Hotel or Package booking, how does Booking Station Refund me ?

Once we receive a cancellation or a case where some refund has to be made, we initiate the refund from our end within next 24 hrs. After this, it might take 2 to 21 days depending upon your bank and mode of payment. Any applicable cancellation charges will be applied prior to making refunds.
It will reach you the same way you made payment.
If it is done by credit card it will be reversed on the card, If it is done by debit card or bank Transfer it will be reversed to your bank account, If it is done by cash deposit, we shall refund it to you by bank transfer after receiving your valid bank details via.e mail.

Can I change my Hotel Booking ?

You may change your hotel reservation details. However, certain charges as per the hotel policies might be applicable.
